Agents, with a checkpoint

Context

I read the posts and took a swing.

These designs answer problems described in public by an engineering leader at a lean Halifax internet provider. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a finished answer.

The company runs a small team for its size and is building its own fibre network. Doing more with agents is the point, but the stated rule is clear: accountability, customer empathy and hard calls stay human.

Every design here follows that rule. Agents read, sort, argue and draft. People decide.

Built by Harsh Pandey, who has built multi-agent systems in LangGraph before.
