Agents, with a checkpoint

Pushback Reviewer

Critics argue first, so the approver doesn't have to.

Each ticket in a batch gets questioned by a few narrow critic agents, each looking for one kind of problem.

  1. Clarity critic

Can someone tell when this ticket is done? Are the acceptance criteria testable?

  2. Risk critic

Does it touch billing, customer data, network settings or a database change?

  3. Scope critic

Is it too big, or does it overlap another ticket in the batch?

  4. Judge

Weighs the critiques and sorts each ticket: pass, send back, or needs a person.

A ticket that gets sent back returns to the product-manager agent with the critic's notes, for at most two rounds. That loop is the pushback a human team would give. Tickets that are still disputed, or that are risky, go to the approval inbox with a one-line reason.
