Agents, with a checkpoint

Customer churn

No contract means they can leave any day.

That is the promise, and it means every slow evening counts. Most people don't complain twice. They just switch.

The warning signs are usually on record already: repeat tickets, slow speed tests, Wi-Fi dropping in the evenings, a visit to a rival's pricing page. No single person has time to read them all together for every customer.

The usual fix in the industry is a discount. That doesn't fit here: no promo pricing and no rate hikes is the brand. So the useful move is fixing the actual problem, or moving someone to a plan that fits them better.

Vendors such as Calix One and Actifai already sell support and churn agents to small ISPs. This design leans on what those don't centre: brand-fit answers and a person on every decision.
