Agents, with a checkpoint

Graph design

One review per ticket, all at once.

The batch is split so every ticket is reviewed in parallel, then gathered back into one ranked list.

  1. Batch inFrom the PM agent
  2. Fan outOne branch per ticket
  3. CriticsRun side by side
  4. JudgePass, return, escalate
  5. PauseApprover decides

The fan-out uses LangGraph's Send, which starts one copy of the review branch per ticket (a map-reduce pattern). The results join back at the judge.

Returned tickets loop back to the PM agent through a conditional edge, with a round counter so the argument can't go on forever. Escalated tickets hit an interrupt: the graph saves its state and waits, for hours if needed, until the approver taps a decision.
